Become a Partner
Redemption is busy with evangelistic crusades, church planting, Bible schools, primary schools, water drilling, and orphan care. This scope of ministry is made possible by the grace of God and the financial support of our friends and partners. By becoming a partner, you make it possible for us to reach out to those that need the Love of God in a more practical manner. Partnership with us can be in the form of a regular monthly donation, a one time gift, an annual donation or as each individual feels led by God. Our partners can give towards a specific area of need or generally towards our annual plans. Giving can be done through our convenient on-line portal that is integrated with paypal or directly into the ministry bank accounts. To become a partner, simply send us an email with your personal contact details, click the donate tab on our website and make your donation. We shall promptly respond to you. By becoming a partner you enable someone else to experience the life changing grace of God.
Blessings of Partnership
Those who take interest in the work of the Lord are obviously of great interest to the Lord. As you become a partner with the ministry, you no doubt tap into a special grace. God looks out for all his people but he takes special interest in those who deliberately dedicate their resources to advance the Kingdom. Every soul that is touched through the ministry is credited to our faithful partners who make it possible. We daily pray for all our partners in a special way for divine protection, divine provision, divine direction and the divine presence of God. Our partners are engulfed in a special prayer cover every day. Our partners are part of our inner circle. We therefore give them special attention to ensure that we minister to them and also keep them up to date with all happening with the ministry. The greatest blessing in life is to eternally touch a soul.

Richard Lutwama is the founder and Pastor of Redemption City Church in Kampala Uganda. RCC is a Church that ministers the power of God, founded on the full gospel and expressed in live contemporary worship. Richard has a passion to reach young and middle aged people, providing real solutions to the challenges of the day, fuelled by the Holy Spirit. He is a pastor, author, broadcaster, musician, husband, father, farmer and an avid golfer. His ministry as a church planter has taken him to over over fifteen nations ministering at diverse events and speaking into the churches and leaders he serves as bishop.

Our Future
The horizon ahead is filled with great excitement and expectation. The ministry is focused on acquiring property and establishing four congregation centers at the peripherals of the city, while continuing to grow the city church. The harvest is plentiful and we are geared towards casting the net wide, expanding our foot print into publishing and broadcasting while empowering thousands to fulfill destiny.

Our Pastors
The cause of Christ has taken me through the unending back roads of rural Africa, to the chaotic streets of up and coming cities. Through the lit highways of the developed world to the lonely driveways of maximum prisons, the passion in my heart beating like the very life in my bones, to win souls for Christ, ground them in the word and ignite them for kingdom service.
So from the local church in Kampala we reach our generation with all available tools that they may know Christ and the power of his resurrection which is at work in me today. The past twenty years have been exciting foundational years but the next twenty even more exciting as fulfilment years! So we press forward to the mark before us with great joy!!!

Our Services
Our worship service is based on the Bible and is an experience designed to liberate, transform, empower and ignite lives to achieve their destiny in God. The service is composed of worship, preaching, prayer and giving.
Preaching the full gospel
We preach and teach the full gospel of Christ addressing the diverse areas of the human life as taught in the entire Bible, both old and new testaments, in order to prepare men to attain their Destiny. A significant portion of our services is dedicated to this instruction of the saints in the word of truth. (Mathew 4:23)
Prayer Times
Our services specifically dedicate time to prayer where individuals participate in cooperate prayer as well as receive individual prayer. Meeting with God at the place of prayer is a very pivotal experience for the believer today and we take time to emphasis and implement it.(Acts 4:24-33)
Giving
Earthly prosperity is an important objective in life and is affected by our generosity. Our services therefore provide opportunity for us to grow in the blessings of God by being able to give toward the kingdom of God (2 Corinthians 9:6)
Worship
Praise and worship is a very fundamental experience for the Christian life and our services capture that attitude of worship expressed through contemporary, exuberant, heartfelt and explosive worship that will not leave you as you come.

Our Beliefs
The Bible in its entirety is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and the only infallible rule of faith and conduct. Human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit, wrote it. (Ps.19:7-11; Prov. 30:5; 2 Tim. 3:16-17).
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Gen. 1:26; Matt. 3:16-17 & 28:19).
Jesus Christ is God the Son, the 2nd person of the Trinity. On earth He was 100% God and 100% man. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death on the cross and His bodily resurrection. He ascended to heaven and will return again to earth to reign as King of kings. (Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:26-35; John 1:1-5, 14).
The Holy Spirit - The Holy spirit works to convict people of sin, save and indwell the repentant believer, guide true believers in all truth and to give spiritual gifts. The operation of spiritual gifts and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit are for all believers today as promised. (Matt. 3:11; Luke 11:13; John 7:37-39 & 16:7-14; Acts 2:1-4, 8:14-17, 10:44-47 & 19:1-6; 1 Cor. 12 & 14)
Human Beings-We believe in the creation, test and fall of man as recorded in Genesis. In his natural state man is a sinner, lost, without hope and unable to obtain righteousness. (Rom. 3:19-23 & 5:12,18; Eph. 2:1-3,12).
Salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it by faith. First, there must be repentance from sin and then faith towards Jesus Christ. Righteousness results from our faith in the blood of Jesus and is totally separate from our works. (John 14:6; Acts 3:19 & 4:12; Rom. 3:23-24, 5:17-19 & 6:23; 2 Cor. 5:21; Eph. 2:8,9).
The Great Commission – Jesus’ Last Command, Our First Priority
We believe in the responsibility of every believer to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. (Matt. 28:19-20; Mark 16: 15-20; Acts 1:8; 2:40-41, 47).
Provision – The Father’s will is that believers become whole, healthy and successful in all areas of life. Because of the Fall, many may not receive the full benefits of God’s will while on earth. That fact should never prevent all believers from seeking the full benefits of Christ’s provision in order to serve others.

Divine Healing - Divine healingis for today and is part of God’s plan of salvation. Healing of the sick is illustrated in the life and ministry of Jesus and included in Jesus’ commission to His disciples. (Ps. 103:2-3; Isaiah 53:5; Matt. 8:16-17; Mark 16:17-18; Acts 8:6-7; 1 Cor. 12:9, 28; James 5:14-15).
Ordinances – We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit—who is the Lord Jesus Christ. This was commanded by Jesus for all who believed in Him. (Matt. 28:19; Acts 2:38, 10:48 & 19:5; Rom. 6:3-7; Col. 2:11-15).
We believe in observing the Lord’s Supper as a memorial to Jesus’ death, resurrection and second coming. (Luke 22:13-22; 1 Cor. 11:23-32).
Second Coming – We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and unsaved; the saved to everlasting life and the unsaved to everlasting punishment (Matt. 24:30-31; 1 Cor. 15:50-58; 1 Thes. 4:13-18; Heb. 9:27; Rev. 20: 4-6,11-15).
